    A note on delivery of the finished painting

    Every painting is taken back to my studio for detailing and finishing. If you or someone you know is able to pick up the painting in Dublin, CA after it is complete, there's no extra charge. If you'd like it shipped, a separate shipping invoice will be sent once the painting is complete, based on the carrier's rate. As a reference, shipping the largest Diamond package canvas (30×40") to San Diego is around $110; smaller sizes and shorter distances would be less.

    Local Venues — Complimentary Travel

    Complimentary travel is provided for venues located within approximately 50 miles of Dublin, CA, serving most Bay Area locations.

    Extended Travel Venues — Mileage Rate

    For venues located approximately 150 miles from Dublin, CA, travel is billed at the standard rate of $0.725 per mile.

    California Weddings — Flat Travel Fee

    For California weddings beyond 150 miles from Dublin, CA, a flat rate travel fee of $1,000 + tax applies.

    Further Destinations — Custom Quote

    For weddings outside California, a custom quote will cover flights and accommodations based on location and travel requirements.

    Lock in your spot with a 20% retainer and a signed contract — then the magic officially begins!

    About 4–6 weeks before the big day, we'll dive into your vision, choose the perfect scene, and finalize all the exciting details.

    On Your Wedding Day

    I'll arrive 1–2 hours early to prep the canvas and map out the composition.

    Exclusive Photo Session

    A brief reference-photo session (5–10 minutes) to capture you at your best!

    Live Painting

    Your guests get to watch as your love story is painted live before their eyes (usually 5–7 hours).

    Evening Reveal

    Before the night ends, you'll get to sneak a peek at your painting in progress — always a magical moment!
