Travel & Destination Weddings
Based in Dublin, CA, RRFineArtMoments provides live wedding painting throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond — from local Bay Area celebrations to destination weddings across the U.S. and internationally.
Bay Area Wedding Painter — Complimentary Travel
Complimentary travel is included for weddings within the Bay Area and nearby spots — covering popular wedding destinations like Napa Valley, Sonoma, Sacramento, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and San Francisco.
Destination Wedding Painter — Flat Travel Fee
For destination weddings roughly 4 hours from Dublin, CA that require an overnight stay, a flat travel fee of $1,000 + tax covers travel and accommodations — a simple, transparent rate with no surprises.
Live Wedding Painting Anywhere in the U.S. or Abroad
Planning a wedding further away — elsewhere in the U.S. or internationally? Send an inquiry and I'll prepare a custom travel quote for your destination, so your celebration can be captured no matter where it takes place.
A note on delivery of the finished painting
Every painting is taken back to my studio for detailing and finishing. If you or someone you know is able to pick up the painting in Dublin, CA after it is complete, there's no extra charge. If you'd like it shipped, a separate shipping invoice will be sent once the painting is complete, based on the carrier's rate. As a reference, shipping the largest Diamond package canvas (30×40") to San Diego is around $110; smaller sizes and shorter distances would be less.

Design Consultation
About 4–6 weeks before the big day, we'll dive into your vision, choose the perfect scene, and finalize all the exciting details.
Setup & Composition
I'll arrive 1–2 hours early to prep the canvas and map out the composition.
Exclusive Photo Session
A brief reference-photo session (5–10 minutes) to capture you at your best!
Live Painting
Your guests get to watch as your love story is painted live before their eyes (usually 5–7 hours).
Evening Reveal
Before the night ends, you'll get to sneak a peek at your painting in progress — always a magical moment!
Studio Finishing
Back in the studio, I add refined details, depth, and protective varnish so your artwork truly shines (6–14 weeks).
Delivery
Pick up locally in the Bay Area or have your painting safely shipped straight to you.
